By advertising on cable, businesses are able to reach clients in their own backyard. The Atlanta DMA is broken up into 46 selling areas, which are referred to as Zones. By zoning messages to areas surrounding an advertiser's business, cable advertising helps eliminate advertising waste and reach qualified viewers.
